client testimonial
“Leslie has generously supported us for almost three years on our journey to our daughter, Meaghan Grace, from China. We met Leslie in July 2005, as we began to prepare our dossier. From the first time we met, Leslie has offered limitless counseling, support and guidance. During the first visit, lasting almost 5 hours, Leslie worked very hard getting to know our family. Leslie not only asked us questions, but answered so many questions that we had regarding bicultural adoptions and the new family dynamic. Leslie worked very hard to prepare our home study thoroughly and efficiently, preventing any unnecessary delays in the process. Throughout the process we found Leslie to be professional, enthusiastic and responsive. After our dossier was submitted to China, Leslie checked-in regularly. Often, we could only offer a simple “Yes, we’re still waiting!” Somehow knowing Leslie was waiting along with us made it a little easier. Soon we will see Leslie for our 12-month post-placement visit, completing our adoption. Today we offer a heartfelt “THANK YOU, LESLIE” for all you have done to assist us on this unbelievable journey!”

Leslie came to do our home study very early on in our adoption journey and we knew we had made a new friend. We are greatful for having her help during the entire process. She was a huge support to us both professionally and as an adoptive mother. Even though our adoption is now complete, Leslie is always there to answer any new parent questions or just be happy for us. She is a huge source of strength and knowledge about all aspects of adoption and parenting.

“We started using Leslie with our second child, Catherine. Leslie is a kind, caring, and compassionate woman who is very quick to get back to you if you are in need of help or information. Since we were so happy with Leslie, we requested her as our social worker for our son’s adoption. It is nice to have such a close relationship with your social worker that she feels like a part of your family. We have three children who are adopted from Korea. We live on Long Island, and have found that I run into someone almost everyday that either has an adopted child, or knows someone who does. We are very happy that we chose to adopt internationally from Korea, as all of our children came home as infants and very healthy without any problems.”

Leslie Zindulka performed our post-placement visits and wrote the post-placement reports for the adoption of our son. Home visits were not only painless but enjoyable. Leslie is a delightful, conversational, and friendly woman. She always arrived promptly and returned phone calls and emails quickly. She clearly cares about children and about adoption, and our own son responded favorably to her. We can easily recommend Leslie Zindulka as we ourselves would not hesitate to work with her again!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed working with Leslie. She immediately put us at ease and offered insight as an adoptive parent herself. Leslie was happy to answer any questions we had about what to expect during the adoption process and explaining adoption to our child. The reports Leslie prepared for the Court were well organized and thorough.”
